I am having this same issue. Just started today. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with xfinity - switched to connect to 2.4 GHz. TV was connected and then as soon as we hung up I again have no connection. I have the most up to date Xfinity Gateway Modem. As I mentioned, this did not happen last week. Just started today. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Could you let us know if all your devices were showing no Wi-Fi connection, or was it just your Roku? If it was all devices, try unplugging your router from the wall outlet for about 15 seconds, then plug it back in. This can help restart your connection.
