Roku Express 4K+ gets stuck on the dancing Roku logo.

It randomly turned off, and now it’s stuck on a dancing roku logo. i’ve tried resetting it countless times, and i’ve even tried it on multiple tv’s and gotten the same result. It was working fine for so long and i didn’t touch it before it stopped working.

    Thanks for resetting your Roku and testing it on another TV to check if the issue persists.

    We want to know how you performed the reset. Is it a factory reset or just unplugging the Roku device and then plugging it back in from the power? 

    To help us pass this to the right team, please provide the following details:

    • Roku device model, Device ID, Serial Number, and Software version (It can be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (Press Home five times, then press Back button five times when the issue occurs)
