Thanks for resetting your Roku and testing it on another TV to check if the issue persists.
We want to know how you performed the reset. Is it a factory reset or just unplugging the Roku device and then plugging it back in from the power?
To help us pass this to the right team, please provide the following details:
- Roku device model, Device ID, Serial Number, and Software version (It can be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (Press Home five times, then press Back button five times when the issue occurs)
