Roku doesn’t stay in standby mode

I just bought another Roku 4k+ express to replace my older Roku 1 or 2. This one doesn’t stay in standby mode with the tv off. It wakes on its own after about ten minutes. My old Roku didn’t do this and neither does the 4k+ express player in my living room. I need help or I will buy a different brand.

    Thanks for the post.

    Can you check if the Auto power saving mode is enabled on your Roku device? To do this, please follow the steps below:

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Power
    5. Select Auto power savings
    6. Check the box next to After 20 minutes of no interaction

    Let us know if there's any difference after.
