Roku 50-inch 4K Select will not turn on

My roku 50 inch 4k select hdr tv will not turn on at all and it been working fine. I lost my remote awhile ago and been using the remote through the app on my phone  it was working fine that I until now. I have a new remote ordered  and im hoping  it works. I reset my wifi and everything and it won't work.

    Have you reconnected your wi-fi with the same credentials (i.e. network name and password)?
