Remove QR Code from PhotoStream

It's there because some marketing iddy ott decided it was a good idea.

There were probably a team of talented engineers toiling away at making a great app when this one marketing wingnut came in and said "Hey, let's put in this QR code thingy!". The engineers all looked at each other and replied with very logical reasons why that would make for a bad user experience. Wingnut replies with "Yeeeah... if you could still put that in it would be greeeat.".
