Just bought my first ( and last ) Roku tv ( JVC 24” ) and found that when it’s not connected to Wi-Fi I have a mega annoying flashing red led in the centre of the bottom of the screen that you Cannot turn off ( I don’t want to be permanently connected to Wi-Fi )and as this is in the same area as the remote I/r you can not even put tape over it ! Hate it already so will return it for a refund .
i will NEVER buy a Roku tv again bc roku won't try to fix issues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to agree, the worst customer service, and agents that are very poor at speaking English… hard to understand what they are saying.. have to ask them to repeat themselves constantly, and on top of that don’t know what they are doing.

That's **bleep** right! They just want to pull an Apple on us to keep buying the next thing. I was stupid enough to buy TWO Fing TVs. The remote app was perfect. Slowly it degraded. Now, I CANNOT listen to a G'**bleep** thing for more than 5 minutes before it flaps the headphone feature, sometimes 2. Then, it stopped working you dated to get off the app much less to put it in your pocket. Now, it just closes on its own if I dare use it as a remote! All they do is ask, phone make/Model, app ver., android ver., over and over and over again.
I hope someone has the tech to diagnose the breaks on the user side for a class-action suit!
