Remote won't pair
I did a factory reset of my Roku Premiere (Model 3920X)--but don't have the remote to re-set it up. My Roku app on my phone (obviously) doesn't "see" the "new" device either.

cwcwcw , are you saying you're holding the Home and Back buttons for 15 to 20 seconds? That's too long. The light should start flashing after about 5 seconds, then release the buttons. Connect the power to the Roku device while the light on the remote is flashing and it should boot and pair with the remote.
