Remote is skipping channels and has a mind of its own will not stop or stay where I want it
Ive changed batteries, turned tv on and off and on. No change with new batteries. It just keeps running around and playing what it wants. Help!
I fixed it. I unplugged remote power, took out batteries replug roku but logo did not show up so I unpluggee power to set, disconnected router for a minute, reconnected power, replaced batteries and it worked.
This helped me fix the same issue. I had purchased a new remote so I removed the batteries from the old remote, unplugged the TV, plugged it back in and no more skipping.
