Remote is only working on some of the screens

My remote is only working partially. If I press the home button, it will go to the home screen. If I down button to the "Live TV" it displays live TV offerings.  I can right button into the list of...

    gatorTN, the 2710 is considered a "legacy" device and is no longer receiving updates.  Quite frankly, it's not worth dealing with.
