Hello it recently happened again! I have an older Samsung TV (~15 yrs old), I had to reset the Samsung software and it started working again. I bet Roku doesn't perform regression testing with so many older versions of TV's. So it's now working again!
I'm in the same situation. How did you reset your Samsung?
Jennifer15, try unplugging the power to the TV for several seconds. Simply turning a TV off and on doesn't really do anything.
