    I ordered the power stick online, I don’t know how to return it. I can’t get anyone at Roku to talk to. I even took a video of what it’s doing. I am older and self-help technology is very difficult for me. But I really miss using my Roku. I was using it all the time until just the past few days.

Looks like you're having a problem with your Roku streaming stick. How are you powering it—plugged into a power strip or straight into the wall?
