Re: Remote control quit working.
We tried new batteries, checked plugs, made sure we had good charged battteries also. No luck getting it to work.We reset wi-fi and tv with no response.

MaryIf Roku thinks I am going to spend hours searching for a possible answer to why my simple remote has quit working, they're wrong. Why can't your cheap company have live support people to talk a person thru issues. Will be buying another manufacturer's product.
