Hi, I followed the set up where music plays. Set up remote for TV control>IR set up. It asks if I hear the music, do I still hear the music, etc. It went through 8 codes. Then says “unable to set up remote” Try again later. Hope that’s clear.

Goes through all the codes and doesn’t work - any other manufacturers besides Westinghouse to try?

I'm having the exact same problem.
I've had this same Samsung TV controlled by older Roku remotes in the past, but my Roku died.
I bought the Ultra to make sure all would work perfect, but I can't get the remote to control TV power nor volume.
Exact problems as mentioned above. It recognizes the Samsung TV, but the music keeps playing. I went through all 50 codes (twice) with no luck.
Should I return this and get a more basic one like I had before???

I tried the Westinghouse idea, but none of those codes worked either.
I tried a friend's firestick and it connected fine. I prefer the Roku layout, so hopefully someone can help me get this working soon. Otherwise, I guess I return this and go the other direction.
