Problem with up, down, side to side buttons scanning to fast

I haven't had Roku that long (less than 6 months) and I've had to replace my batteries at least 3 times with high grade batteries. However, that's not my current issue. Both of my remotes seem to be ...

    Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community!

    We appreciate you sharing this information with us, and we apologize for the trouble. We recommend performing a system restart to see if it improves the situation. To do this, navigate to Settings > System > Power (skip if no sub-menu) > System Restart. In addition, you can power cycle your Roku Streaming device by unplugging it for 1 minute and plug it back it.

I'm having a similar situation with my remote it won't scroll from left to right.  If someone can help me I would appreciate it so much. I just got this.
