Prime video language settings

I installed prime video app to work on roku express I selected language as french Display is in french but sound is in english When I look at the same program on my Ipad it is in french so it is a...

    Trucmuche, Roku has nothing to do with the vast majority of apps available on Roku devices.  You can see who the developer is for an app by checking it's description in the Channel Store.  In the case of the Prime app, it's Amazon.

    You'll only get your selected language if the video was created with that audio track.  Not all videos have more than one language available.

I suscribed to Prime for free delivery of amazon

prime video is a bonus

do you know who make the apps? Roku? prime?

I ask because I have a problem with another app: in the middle of the program it shows commercial and another commercial and then it go to the next episode without finishing the first one

Trucmuche, Roku has nothing to do with the vast majority of apps available on Roku devices.  You can see who the developer is for an app by checking it's description in the Channel Store.  In the case of the Prime app, it's Amazon.

    I just checked on my Roku, and it is there. Remember in Prime you have to up-arrow from the timebar and then choose "Audio & Languages". You can't use the asterisk menu like most Roku apps.

    Video was created with the language I can’t have while on Roku, I can get it on my Ipad.

    thanks for the info on the developer.

    I download 2 apps and both have problems 

    i am going to return the Roku device and go back to my old apple tv device

    I just checked on a FireTV stick, a Google TV device, my computer, and my phone. There is no difference. Rizzoli and Isles is via Max or buy. I have no idea what type of Prime subscription you must have.

    You didn't answer the question, and I have same problem. Ninja turtles movie, says available in many languages audio, but when you play, only has single track English. How do I enable the other languages??!! Catalán please

    Not certain what wasn't answered.

    For your movie, EXACTLY which TMNT movie do you mean (title and year), as there are many. We need that to see if it can be duplicated.

    And remember that Roku is not responsible for apps other than The Roku Channel. It's up to Amazon to make sure listings match what is actually available.

    It was in kids section, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mutant Mayhem. Cartoon movie 2023. In computer and iPad app, we can get catalán version. On Roku, only English (single track) shows up, even though movie info says multiple languages available. 

    Just curious why it would work on iPad but not through Roku app?
