Oxygen channel on Antenna TV just disappeared

Yesterday evening the Oxygen channel on CBS Charlotte, NC channel 3.5 disappeared on a Hisense and brand new TCL TV.  On a non-smart Samsung TV in our house, channel 3.5 still works.

Have completely powered down both TV's multiple times, and have done multiple rescans, and the channel will not show on the Antenna guide.  Oxygen channel is definitely there because the dumb Samsung TV picks it up just fine.

It has to be something wrong with Roku or the guide for a fact.  Please fix ASAP.  Thanks

    Hi snippits,

Thank you for reaching out to us here at the Roku Community!

We regret hearing that you're having a problem with the OTA channels on your Roku TVs. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, and we're happy to help. Kindly try to perform a system restart on your Roku device by going to Settings > System > Power (if this is not an option, kindly skip the step) > System Restart. After doing so, please try to re-scan the local channels; you can refer to this support article here for more information on scanning local channels. Also, updating the correct zip code information might help.

Alternatively, here's how you can access "over-the-air" broadcast television:

    1. Connect the coaxial cable from your HDTV antenna to the "Ant/Cable In" connector on the back of your Roku TV.
    2. Turn on your Roku TV, go to Home, and select Live TV. If Live TV is missing, you can add it by going to Settings > TV inputs > Live TV > Set up input.
    3. Follow the instructions on the TV screen to complete the setup.

If the issue persists after performing all the provided troubleshooting steps above, please keep us posted so we can continue assisting.

    Sincerest thanks,
    Janadee

Yes had already done all that you suggested numerous times plus more.  Even did a system reset that did not help any. Thanks for the help.

Just bought the TCL TV two days ago, and the Hisense TV is over two years old.  Anyway, Oxygen is my better half favorite OTA channel.  If this problem is not resolved during the return period on the TCL TV, it's going back to Walmart.

Oxygen OTA TV channel just magically showed up again.  Did not do anything.  It's fixed now, so Roku must have fixed it on their end.  Thanks
