We understand you have a problem with your Roku TV with a soundbar since the increments will jump from 2 to 4. We're happy to investigate further.

Can you please provide the following information below?

  • What is the brand of your soundbar?
  • Is this happening on all contents/channels, or is this isolated to 1 content/channel?
  • The current software version of your Roku TV by going to Settings>System>About

*The brand of the soundbar is POLK SIGNA S4

*The volume issue is happening on all contents/channels

*The current software version is 14.1
