Onn Roku TV turns off and on with the power light blinking

Greetings, I I went to update the operating software on my roku, ONN TV from on my television and it started power cycling off and on with the power light blinking as well, I am unfortunately disabled, or maybe fortunately in this case because I had to deal with it and kept doing that for just over an hour and finally turned on and stayed on and is working perfectly. I do not know if it is a fluke or just me or what, but it is working now.
