Onn Roku TV stuck on Headphones mode

I have a ONN roku tv. There is nothing plugged in and no devices. However, it has been sitting here for an hour connected to headphones. Someone please help!

    We're glad you posted!

    It seems like your Roku TV is stuck in Headphones mode. 

    This needs to be checked by the TV manufacturer, as this could be a hardware issue within the TV.

    It actually shows a headset. However nothing is there and it just does it all the time but this is the longest

    I don't have an Onn Tv but try going into the TV settings and see if you can disable the Bluetooth connection in the setup.
