I am having the same issue with my right arrow on my remote. I have been using my iPhone mobile remote, but need this fixed so my husband can use remote when my phone is not available to him.

- The model number of the Roku remote.
- What steps have you taken to fix the issue? (For example, changing the batteries, restarting the system, updating software, etc.)
- When and where was this remote purchased? Did it come with the Roku device?

Thanks for your offer to help.
- I assume the model is the SKU # on the box, which is RCA1RW.
- The right arrow button works only intermittently after several hard pushes, all other buttons work fine.
-My Roku Voice Remote (with TV controls) was purchased from Walmart Sep 2023, for use with my Roku Express since its remote does not have the voice or volume buttons.
-I have tried shutting the system down, restarting and reconnecting, and also putting in new batteries, but that has not helped. Any help you can provide the fix the problem is greatly appreciated.
