I love how y'all are replying to only a few messages in the thread full of people with the same problem. It's obviously a known problem. No amount of trouble shooting on the user's part will solve it.

I had issues with the right arrow not working and and had to apply lots of pressure and it would work on occasions. Using Voice to help navigate the screen.
My thoughts..... I found mostly most of my streaming channels require a lot more usage of the right directional button than the other directional buttons by far. As a result, my other buttons work fine while my right button is getting close to the end of being functional. If they would use heavy duty directional buttons this should alleviate premature button wear and customer frustration. I'll post again with results with a new remote. Update: My new remote works like new. I'm afraid this will be your solution.
