Two different Roku voice remote and both have the same problem with the red arrow button, not working or working very very difficulty after multiple presses. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes here. Anything else I should try or can I get new remotes?.

Hi! Allyn99
We're glad you're here!
Looks like the buttons on the Roku Voice remotes are not working and we're here to help.
To dive deeper into this, could you share some more details?
- What steps have you already taken to fix the issue?
- When and where did you purchase this device?
- If possible, could you snap a quick picture of the button that’s causing trouble?
We look forward to hearing from you!

I love how y'all are replying to only a few messages in the thread full of people with the same problem. It's obviously a known problem. No amount of trouble shooting on the user's part will solve it.

Exactly! It is really neat to keep getting alerts of the company replying to help other people with this issue, but not me. Cool. Thnx

Hello. I need to add my voice to everybody else in this chat (and others) trying to express the simple fact that buttons on your remote controls just stop working. Nothing to do with batteries, or pairing, or anything like that. They just die (far too rapidly) from normal usage.
Back on 11 March, I sent an email (received a reference number in a return email) to let your Customer Support know that a voice remote I'd bought less than a year ago from Argos in the UK now has 'Right arrow' and 'OK' buttons that are impossible to press any more. This is a remote I bought to replace my original remote, which had the exact same issue.
I suggested that Roku should send me a replacement. Or that they should at least let me know where in the UK I can now purchase yet another remote to use with my Roku stick, as Argos are no longer selling them. I sent a chaser email after a couple of weeks, but have had absolutely nothing in reply. How incredibly rude.
I've tried using the phone remote app, but it makes my Samsung very hot and drains the battery too fast. And I should be able to have a remote control that just works, for at least longer than 11 months of normal use from one person. Please advise, or ask your Customer Support colleagues to actually respond to request #11401011.
