Noggin subscription on Roku Channel

Question

I have a noggin subscriptionThere are shows on the Roku channel that require one.When I try to watch them it tells me I already have a subscription.How do I watch these shows? Why are they not visible on the noggin channel itself?Are these shows on the Roku channel only available for the 5 minutes that you're a new subscriber?
