I have purchased an iPhone 15 recently as a gift, but when I try to connect to a Roku tv the app claims there are no devices connected. However if I open my phone I can see all the devices on the same WiFi network. Yes the phone and tv are properly connected to the same network, yes it is logged in to the correct Roku account, and yes I have rebooted the phone, tv and router with no progress. I have manually tried to connect with the ip address and it says it doesn’t not exist…. While I'm using the app on my phone for the remote. After looking this up I see more people have had this issue but all the Roku reps. say the same thing each time like "have you checked if it's on the same network." Or " have you turned it off and off" or "have you uninstalled the app." I do not understand how they can respond with that after the person states they have literally done that in there post. Pls help a brother out
