Re: "Auto-play video" setting option is missing in Roku Settings

I have been trying to turn off the Autoplay function on both my Roku boxes to prevent the recommendations box from popping up over the end of programmes or films and disrupting them.

From everything I've seen online, it should be a simple process of navigating to Settings > Accessibility > Autoplay and disabling this. However, there is no Autoplay option on my Accessibility menu - it only displays the "Subtitling" and "Screen Reader" options.

I have updated the software to the latest version and restarted both boxes, to no avail.

If someone could please assist with this it would be really helpful, as this is hugely disruptive!

    Welcome! causeofaccident

If you find your Auto-play setting is missing, it could be due to your location. Mind sharing where you're based currently? Supported only on Roku devices in the U.S., so if you're outside the U.S., it may not be available at this time. But, we'll take this one as feedback, though! Thanks for your interest.
