New remote purchasing company

To get a replacement remote for your TCL Roku TV, contact Encompass at 1-800-432-8542 or at encompass.com.  TCL had me contact them because they are their replacement parts company. I contacted them and I was able to order a replacement remote that is correct and worked immediately.  The woman I spoke to on the phone was very kind and helpful.  Hope this helps others.
