New Onn Roku TV won’t find any networks.

Just finished putting up a brand new Onn TV, and even though every other device in the house is having no problems, it cannot find any network, including our usual one, which the modem is like 4 feet away. Any ideas? We have factory reset and power cycled both the TV and modem multiple times. Probably going to return it if it won’t work soon.

    We sincerely apologize for this experience. This is not what we aim for.

    Would you mind trying to connect the device to an alternative network, such as a mobile hotspot, to check for a difference?

    Please let us know if the device is still unable to find any network after doing so.
