Need Help Understanding Why I cannot see all my Roku Devices when hard wired (ethernet) to TV

I am new to Roku and just installed several TV's in a rental property.  They are all hard wired for internet but when I look in the app none of them show up under the home screen "devices".  If I transition from hardwired to wireless I can now see them but only when I look in the app under Account>devices in account.  If I go to the home screen and click on "devices" at the bottom of the app, I can only see a few of them  Any thoughts here?.
