Need a remote replaced as it doesn't work any more

To whom it may concern, My remote seems to have stopped working all together. I have changed batteries twice in an hour, I see no responsiveness by TV or Roku box. I need to see if I'm still warran...

    Welcome to the Roku Community!

    We understand that your Roku remote stopped working. We would like to take a closer look into this issue.

    Please provide us with a couple of details of the following:

    • Are these remotes the original remotes of your Roku devices?
    • Do you see any status light on the remote? If so, what is the color?

    In the meantime, we suggest you try the following:

    1. Restart your streaming device
    2. Reset your voice remote
      Please remove both batteries from the battery compartment, then reinsert them.
    3. Repair your voice remote to your streaming device
      Press and hold both the Back and Home buttons near the top of the remote for 5 seconds or more.
