Need a remote replaced as it doesn't work any more
To whom it may concern,
My remote seems to have stopped working all together. I have changed batteries twice in an hour, I see no responsiveness by TV or Roku box.
I need to see if I'm still warranty. Any way I can check?

We understand that your Roku remote stopped working. We would like to take a closer look into this issue.
Please provide us with a couple of details of the following:
- Are these remotes the original remotes of your Roku devices?
- Do you see any status light on the remote? If so, what is the color?
In the meantime, we suggest you try the following:
- Restart your streaming device
- Reset your voice remote
Please remove both batteries from the battery compartment, then reinsert them. - Repair your voice remote to your streaming device
Press and hold both the Back and Home buttons near the top of the remote for 5 seconds or more.
