Need a code to pair a third party cable box remote with RCA Roku RTR3261-CA

Hello fine folks! I use Shaw cable and just received a new Ignite set top box with a new "bluecurve" remote. The remote tries to automatically pair with the TV which half works—i.e. I can control volume but can't power off the TV.

I am then given a list of about 30 codes to try. And yes, I tried them all.

Does any one have any insight here? Thank you!
