My screen and remote and completely frozen
My screen and remote are completely frozen with this image (see pic) The remote will turn the TV on or off, but NOTHING else. I cannot access Settings or any other command. It seems to think I am set...
CeliasTV, I would say you're using the wrong remote. You have a Roku device connected to a Roku TV and the display shown in your picture is coming from the Roku built into TV, not the connected Roku device. Try using the remote that came with the TV and then you should be able to access the input for the connected Roku device. If you're trying to abandon the built-in Roku, set up the TV to always power on to the Roku's input. You can find the option under Settings->System->Power using the TV's remote. If you have other devices connected to the TV, you will need to use the TV's remote to change the TV's input.
