My remote only works 1 foot away from the device
My remote only works within 1 foot or the bottom right hand corner specifically. It’s four years old and never had this issue until now. Any advice? Do you sell supplemental sensors?

Roku TVs use a different set of infrared (IR) commands than separate Roku devices do. If you purchase a replacement IR remote for use with a Roku TV, be sure you get one that specifically says it supports Roku TV, not just Roku.
Roku VOICE Remotes connect via WiFi-direct, not IR, and can be used with both Roku TVs and separate Roku devices.
