My phillips 50" roku tv will no longer connect to wifi

  • Yes i have unplugged it, yes i have done so with the router

Yes i have restarted everything

Yes i even did a factory reset.

I checked just in case with Xfinity but everything else works fine

I have an Xfinity gateway

I have not moved anything it was working fine for 6 months then out if nowhere it doesn't work anymore.

Phillips 50pfl4756/f7

Hardware id c624x

Software version 13.1.4 build 1510-A2

I checked with Xfinity and it is normal and everything else connects.

My tv will also not connect to my phone as a hotspot so something is wrong.

Tv purchased just over a year ago new so it isn't old and it was not damaged in any way. It worked when I went to sleep and when I woke up it didnt and it has been a week and I tried everything suggested multiple times.

Now what?
