Missing Advanced Wireless Receiver

Without warning, my previously installed Roku Stick unpaired, and would pair, with my remote. I did a factory resent and now see the message "Missing Advanced Wireless Receiver" and to go to a dead link at go.roku.com/awrhelp

Remote still won't pair so entire system is unusable.  Mine Roku is Model 3810x and it's S/N 213086868115

    Sorry, but the 3810/3811 AWR is no longer available. If it was under warranty it would have been replaced by the 3820 4k stick. But all 3810's are out of warranty so just but the express 4k+ and not have to deal with awr.
