Manual change IP address on Roku tv in RV
How do I manually change IP address on Roku tv? It’s in an RV and am connected to internet but have different ip address on tv than on my iPhone

IP addresses are given to the Roku from the router, so you’ll do it there. However, it sounds like the real problem may be that the phone is not connected to the router. And/or client isolation is turned on on the router – that is usually the default for “guest” networks.
