Lagging response all remote controls
There is a serious lag in response to both my Roku remote and my Harmony Remote which is also programmed to control the Roku box. Since both remotes lag only on Roku, it leads me to believe that it must be something with the Roku box. I have already tried unplugging and plugging it. Both remotes have reasonably new batteries.
Any ideas to fix the box? Or toss it out and buy a new one. It's about 3 years old.
One of the recent updates changed a setting. Look under Settings->System->Advanced system settings->Control by mobile apps and set the "Network access" to "Enabled" (or "Permissive" if "Enabled" doesn't work).
