JVC Roku TV won't connect to Wifi

Hello I’m new to this group I’m really needed help with my new Jvc Roku tv. Everything was working fine up until last week. I’ve tried to factory reset many times and also disconnecting my wifi and connecting to my own mobile hotspot but it still continues to disconnect. So after a factory reset I chose the home preference then after it connects to wifi after putting proper password it says there’s an update about to take place with the only option of pressing ok it doesn’t let me exit everytime I let it load (the update) it returns back to the network setting I try to press scan but it doesn’t even want to scan networks I truly don’t know what to do any suggestions any tricks ? I am pregnant and this is really stressful I just want to enjoy bed rest lol Thank you all in advance 🫶

    You should probably connect to a different Wi-Fi network or mobile hotspot. Then restart the TV. It should help.

    I understand you’re experiencing issues with your JVC Roku TV’s Wi‑Fi connection. Please try these quick steps:

    • Test Wi‑Fi – Connect another device (phone, tablet, laptop). If it fails too, contact your ISP.
    • Restart Roku – Go to Settings > System > Power > System Restart or unplug for 10 seconds and plug back in.
    • Restart Router/Modem – Unplug from power (or gateway if you have one), wait 10 seconds, then plug back in.
