Info screen on HDMI connection

When I connect a device to my ROKU TV I get the below screen and not the video from my device. Any idea why this is so and how do I correct this?

What is your device?  Does Sage Mirror, Sageres, Xianzhi IOT Technology, or Shenzhen Xianzhi Wulian Technology mean anything to you?  This is just based on following links from that QR code.

    It is a TCL TV.

        I have tried a MacBook and an iPhone using a lightning to HDMI Adapter.   I have two TCL Roku TV's at home and the iPhone works just fine on both.  This TV in the picture is at our church.
