I have an ONN Roku TV and get a black screen on all the apps

I have had my TV for 2 months and it has worked perfectly all along until yesterday. I was watching TV and it just went to a blank screen.  Now every streaming app I have, Netflix, Hulu, Roku channel...

    We see that you're having issues with your Onn Roku TV. May we know if the black screen appears when accessing a particular channel, or are all channels affected by the issue? Also, have you tried performing a complete factory reset to see if it resolves the issue? For more information on how to factory reset your Roku TV, please refer to How do I factory reset my Roku® streaming device?

I have the 75” Onn Roku TV and it started doing that about a week ago and now it doesn’t even star, when I press the power button on the remote a little flash with Onn logo flashes but it doest’t start. And now now even that. The little red light comes on showing that the tv is been turned on but the Screen stays Black and no audio.

i hope Roku would do something about the issue.

      Thanks for keeping us posted here in the Roku Community!

      We regret to hear about this. Have you tried resetting your Roku TV? You can reset your Roku TV by pressing the reset button or pinhole at the back of your TV for about 20 seconds. Please be reminded that resetting it clears the majority of data from your Roku device and restores it to a factory default configuration which will erase your personal preferences, unlink your device from your Roku account, reset all settings, and return your device to a state ready for initial setup. If the issue persists after the suggested troubleshooting steps, we suggest that you contact onn Roku TV support to report the issue and get help. In this case, there's likely an issue with that specific TV that needs to be addressed with an update from them.

    I tried ALL the suggestions and it doesn’t fix the problem. I’m very disappointed on the product, I was about 2 more smaller tvs for the kids bedrooms for Christmas but Onno doesn’t provide any support. 
    I’ll be switching brands, if I don’t get a solution for this issue.

        EVERYTHING, unplug power cable re connect cable, reset tv, perform all the updates the tv was up to t date before it went out completely!! 

        is Onn providing any kind of assistance???
