To pair the Roku tv with Comcast remote we used the first code under Admiral. It only works to turn the TV on/off and control volume. The Roku remote has to be used for everything else such as switching between cable TV and Roku apps.

My xFinity remote turns on the TV, and let’s me change channels and select input but my Roku remote no longer works so I can’t choose Netflix or one of the other built 8n streaming services.  Any solution?

        Hi Usrphil77

        Thanks for the post.

Please be advised that remotes for Roku TVs are manufactured directly by the TV manufacturer. We would recommend reaching out to the TV manufacturer's customer support team to report the issue and get help.

Pairing is for roku streamers and roku remotes. An aftermarket remote like xfinity might have a IR code that controls roku tv, it won't be a roku code, it'll be a tv code. What brand of Roku tv do you have?

I have a model 3930x Roku and am a difficult time saving sports and movie channels into my roku after I married Comcast to my Roku.

      What can you advise?

Ive gone to my xfinity store about 5 times for tips how to do this and get different answers each time.

Ive had my subscription to Comcast for about two months without being able to save my sports and other channels in my deal..

      Can you help me?
