How to find link code on Roku TV I've already been using

One of my Roku TVs has been working, but was never linked to my account. How do i link this tv to my account? I cant find a way to show a activation code. TV has been in use for 6 months. Connects to...

    You have to do a factory reset to get a link code. If you have access to the menu:

    settings> system> advanced system settings> factory reset

The tv locks up on the enter your email screen.   I have entered my email address but never get the ruku email
