How to change email address registered on TV
My internet went down right as I was finishing the setup/update of my new Roku TV so grabbed the TV ran to a friends house real quick and finished the process. I didn't realize they used their email to finish the process until I couldn't see it on my account list.
Anyways can I just change it on the TV without factory reset etc.
The email address is linked to the Roku account that the TV is linked to and the only way to change the Roku account is to factory reset the TV. Simply changing the email address (which would have to be done on the Roku account) wouldn't change the Roku account. It sounds like your TV is lined to your neighbor's account, so you really need to factory reset it.
