I have an Onn tv, it wouldn’t let me go to any apps this morning so I turned it off and back on and now it’s stuck in recovery mode.

I’ve tried restarting, unplugging it, and factory reset and nothings helping. Just a purple screen

Please note that we are currently aware of the issue, and our engineering team has been investigating this issue closely.
In this case, please&nbsp;provide us with the following information so we can include your device in the process of investigation:

Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and&nbsp;current software version. (this can all be found in&nbsp;Settings&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;System&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;About)
Tracker ID&nbsp;(when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
If possible, could you send us a photo or screenshot of the issue?
