I've heard that some cable TV apps from cable internet/TV companies may refuse to run outside of their own network. Other than those though, like renojim said, as long as you are within the same country, it should be easy.

Strega2 Is correct. If you have a cable/internet package, certain channels will be restricted outside of the home network where you have the service set up.
On a side note, I am wondering if these postings with the capital S with a line (strikethrough) are legitimate postings (since there seems to be a lot of those) or if this is someone that tried to post a spam link. Or does that mean something else?

I think it's a (strange/non-intuitive) indicator that the user didn't type anything in the message body.
