Thanks for letting us know about having an issue with the sound after an update. We'd like to know more about this.
- Could you please confirm which specific channel you are having this issue with?
- Is this happening to other channels as well?
- Could you please send us a video of the issue you are experiencing?

Please provide the Tracker ID (When you encounter the issue, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
In the meantime, you may try changing the sound mode on your streaming device:
- Start streaming or playing your content
- Press Star (*) on your Roku remote
- Select Advanced Sound Settings or Sound settings
- Choose your sound mode or change your sound settings
