Flight Scope & BENQ problem for Golf simulator

I have an Ipad, and using Flight Scope Golf App. It was hard wired to my BenQ projector by mirroring to a MAC with HDMI connector. Complex, so I got a streaming stick4k  and plugged that into my BenQ HDMI port, hoping to eliminate the Mac and the hard wire. It's been a nightmare getting the Roku to recognise the Flight Scope App.

There must be a simple way to connect all this, hopefully someone has figured this out.
