We get that you are having trouble controlling your Onn Roku TV after a factory reset. We're here to help.
After your Roku TV is factory reset, the Roku Mobile app won't work since it's unlinked from your account. You'll need a physical Roku remote for setup. Also, your Roku Voice Remote can pair with your Onn Roku TV during the setup.
