element tv not loading live tv. roku stick on second tv also not loading live tv

PLEASE HELP. I have contacted roku support many many times i have done resets many times nothing is working. My internet has been checked many times too. My element tv with roku on it will not load roku live tv or my hallmark movies now channel. I have done many resets and restarts. I unplugged for a day and nothing on both the stick and tv. I cannot uninstalled and reinstall the hallmark channel the option is not listed on the list when i hit star button. Roku support only tells me that it has been moved up to technical team. but that has been weeks now and i am getting no where with it. please help. I have asked my friends with roku if they are having problems and they say they are fine. All my other apps are working but Netflix will load the title of the movie then kick me out once in awhile. I am one day away from throwing the remote at the tv. Please help roku support has been useless with "helping"
